Lead Package Purchases

All lead package purchases are final and non-refundable.

When a payment is made, we begin working on your campaign straight away. This includes administration, setup, and research costs that are incurred immediately in preparation for delivering your lead package.

Because time and resources are allocated from the start, we do not offer refunds, reversals, or partial refunds on any lead package purchase.

Billing Errors

If you believe an error has been made in billing, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge at:

We will investigate the matter and, if a genuine billing error has occurred, we will correct it promptly.
